Manage reservations for Heritage Farm and Prairie Peace
The customer card link signs the customer in with no password, showing their reservations, signed waivers, season pass credits, invoices and property maps.
Create a reservation on behalf of a customer who booked by phone, email or off-site payment. The customer is emailed the confirmation and liability waiver link automatically.
The customer must already have an active pass under the same email. Record it under Season Passes first.
Record a season pass paid for outside the website (PayPal invoice, check or cash). Recording the pass creates the customer account if needed and emails the liability waiver link and property maps.
