North Side

180 acres

A diverse mix of native grass, tall grass, CRP, crops, and established tree lines. This parcel excels at holding deer and pheasants due to its varied habitat structure. South Side

Four Generations of Swedish Heritage

Our Swedish ancestors first homesteaded this land in the late 1800s, breaking sod and building a life on the Colorado prairie. Today, you can camp at the very site where they built their home, surrounded by the same rolling hills and grasslands they knew. Over four generations, our family has carefully stewarded this land, creating the perfect balance of agricultural production and wildlife habitat.

★★★★★

"The diversity of habitat on Heritage Farm is incredible. We hunted all five parcels over a long weekend and saw deer on every single one. The rolling dunes parcel gave us multiple shot opportunities, and the homestead camping setup was perfect for our group. This is what hunting Colorado prairie should be."

Denver, CO • Deer & Pheasant Hunt • November 2024
★★★★★

"Brought our family group of 8 hunters and everyone had room to spread out. The pheasant numbers in the CRP fields were outstanding - we limited out two days in a row. Kyle's knowledge of the property and where to find game made all the difference. Already booked for next year!"

Robert T.
Cheyenne, WY • Pheasant Hunt • October 2024
★★★★★

"The historic aspect of hunting on homestead land that's been in the same family for four generations adds something special to the experience. Great deer habitat, well-maintained property, and the camping at the original homestead site with hookups was a nice touch. Highly recommend Heritage Farm."
